Caught

Todays river Wye fishing was difficult, the river has been heavily fished of late.
It's all down to the mayfly of which the Wye usually gets a good hatch, this year though with the bad weather not helping it wasn't a great hatch, but undeterred fishermen turned up in droves and the river has been fully booked up for the last month.
This rainbow was one that didn't get away and along with a couple of other rainbows and 3 grayling made it a good days fishing, even though I missed more than double that I caught, and they were all bigger than this one!!!
