Looking for a cycle path

A long time ago I used to cycle up to a 100 miles each week; I couldn't afford a car and it was the only way to get to and from work. I was built like a racing snake and fitter than a butcher's dog. Of course life took its toll but I still have a bicycle and I really should get it out and go for a spin some time soon.

This isn't my bike - Ian often cycles in to work and I grabbed this shot on my way across the carpark.

I've checked and tomorrow will be Friday so please treat it properly - enjoy what's left of Thursday too.
