Confined to quarters...self-imposed isolation. After yesterday's migraine and a couple of intense days of meetings, I decided to stay in my room this evening.

A spot of work, some sleep, chat with C and a look at her CV and covering letter for a new role and an attempt to find something interesting to take a picture of. Oh and a whole large bag of Maltesers consumed. Oops!
