What can we see?... Skiddaw towards right, far distance, Clough Head just right of centre, with the Dodds running to the left from Clough.

Shot taken from the ascent, on the north face of Loadpot. Only for a few brief weeks in midsummer is this route able to be done without crampons and an ice axe...

10 miles, 1450' ascent. Well chuffed, actually beginning to feel fit again, and no aches. (well apart from left heel, which I think is broken...)

Back in time to watch tennis too. Brit/Scot Andy Murray in semi-final action...

Brit/Scot will be decided on the result obviously!
