I'm a happy girl!

I have had SUCH a lovely day today with my mum. We have had 2 great walks in the 2 woods near our house.

Mum said that because I am getting soooo good at the recall she is feeling much more confident about letting me off and walking in lovely places. I still HAVE to run off and great anyone and everyone, but mum normally does her opera holler and I come back in the end for some yummy chicken!

This morning I met an old boy Golden Retreiver called Body and do you know what? He had a plastic bag tied around his foot?? I couldn't believe it, I kept looking at it and sniffing it. Even though I know it is rude to stare (mum taught me this) but it was most odd and was very funny as he was running about it was rustling lots. We are not sure why it was on there, maybe he had a poorly foot?

This picture is off me in the big woods this afternoon. I like to go off the path into the woods for an explore, then when mum gets a bit far ahead and does her holler I come dashing out of the trees to get to her for the chicken. So here I am....dashing! Thats why I am a little out of focus!

Mum is feeling much better today, she wants me to thank EVERYBODY for their get well wishes, we made it to the spotlight again and it made us really happy :-) It's lovely to feel loved!

So all in all today I have been very good! I know, it's not like me at all. I guess some of you will get bored of reading my journal if I start behaving too well. Perhaps I had better make some mischief tomorrow? but shhhhhhhh don't tell mum!
