Lucky shot!

We went to Tatton Park today. It was miserably and grey, and very cold after standing around watching Jimbo on the playpark for an hour. Nonetheless, these birds kept swooping, and they just looked fab against the gunmetal grey of the sky.

This is how the picture was - couldn't believe it but I love that the bird (whatever it was) is just a complete silhouette against that horrible sky...the branches in shot are just a lucky balance to the pic.... I was just whirling round like a crazy woman trying to catch the things in flight!
