Dock Life #2

It is July 1 here in Canada and a national holiday. P and I are out cruising or should I say "messing around in our boat" which is more accurate. We left our dock late afternoon on Wed June 29. This image was taken dockside before we left. Always love the abstract shapes that the water, its motion and the sea life makes.

We haven't been very ambitious on destinations. Decide to spend our first week in the Gulf Islands and our second week on the Sunshine Coast. I have to be back in Vancouver for one day right in the middle for a medical appt that I can't miss. We will sail into Burrard Inlet, go ashore, take care of the appt and set sail for destinations North. Meanwhile we are happily gunkholing in the most beautiful cruising waters in the world.

I wasn't at all sure how I was going to blip while we are out on the boat. And I didn't want to take all my blips with my IPhone which is how this one was taken. Well. I am feeling very proud of myself cause I just figured out how to use my IPhone and tether it to my mac for an internet connection. Now I will go and upload the images from yesterday and today. Yeah!!
