the cleaner, having a break in the sunshine

The sky last night was soooo red (see yesterday's blip), and today lived up to the promise of happy shepherds everywhere!!

you know when the sun shines through the window, and all you can see is streaks, drips, smears and general dirt, and you feel you just have to clean the windows, well that happened to me today. I was trying to keep out of the way of DS and his GF, who were slightly worse for wear after going out to celebrate his 18th birthday with 'the boys', who, as we warned him, would try and get him drunk, or at least be very happy to buy him loads of legal drinks...

DS said it was the 'one cocktail' which is making him ill today, ye right son, that and the pints and shorts.....
