Morning Light

I saw this about-to-unfurl Queen Anne's Lace flower in a neighbor's yard. It's tight, fist-like bud almost looks like it could be the nest of some bizarre insect or a little bird, but it was the beautiful morning light in the background, coming from the other side of the park, that fueled my desire for capturing this botanic oddity.
