Awakened!!

I was about to dump this hydrangea plant as it got hit by the frost and all its leaves fell. The stems look dead too. But I decided to let it stay on my porch for a month, and I told myself that I'll get rid of it later in the summer or late spring.

Today, I decided to take a look at the pot, and I noticed there's new growth!! I was so overwhelmed. Well, I think this plant has taught me something today. I was about to give up on my social life, and I am happy with just being by myself. I've already adjusted to my new chosen life, I could do a lot of things on my own until yesterday.

While I was practising on the ice, I met someone who use to be an ice hockey player and didn't care who I am compared to others who avoid me since am different. Of course he has other day job. We had a friendly chat. It's nice to chat with someone that has intelligent, and who is interested to get to know me. Kind of made me smile for a moment.

So this new growth on the hydrangea made me believe that I should never give up on life ... just be patience.. and good things will come at its right time ...
