Life is just a bowl of cherries

Short of a blip today so resorted to the contents of my fridge (again!).

I'm trying to eat healthly and lose some weight so there's lot of fruit and veg in the fridge at the moment. All very nice and colourful.

Had a nice relaxing afternoon yesterday watching the Wimbledon Mens final. Really wanted Rafael Nadal to win, he seems such a nice, sensible, young man and as we watched him play at Wimbledon last week I have a soft spot for him.
