Distractions on the canal

I had a lovely day today with my old flatmate J. Thankfully she was running late for the Farmer's Market, I kept getting distracted on the canal by cygnets, ducklings and huge shoals of fish. After a wander around the market we headed to Tea Tree Tea for a sit down and a beverage. I'd never been there before but it was lovely. Our wanderings in the baking heat then took us to Real Foods where we bumped in to L (and I spent too much money on tasty things), Lupe Pintos, Monkey Temple, down a dead end street then back along the canal. It was lovely to catch up with her. She's off to Greece on Tuesday but we've made plans for sushi and cocktails upon her return.
