Late Night Lights

Even though people are at home and asleep for the night, there is still energy in the city. Always. If not in the form of humans, then it is something else. It was a cold night in relation to the summer we're currently having. So it was a pleasant change.

I'm thinking of many things today but they're all a mess and when coupled with stress (of using someone else's computer), I will not indulge myself. A great thing about certain documentaries in Japan is that there is no narration. Just a few words on the screen and long shots of beautiful scenery or commotion. You're left to your own devices to think. It's a dangerously effective tool if you give in to this reflective power.
