Ratatouille

One of my favourite dishes to cook and look at before, during and after.

It's just nice to cook with colourful ingredients, different shapes and forms and consistencies. The freezer finally defrosted we can stack it again with dated bits and pieces. Some of this Ratatouille found its way into the freezer and will be used again soon.

Unfortunately the children don't like it yet but their time will come.
