Sticking stickers

S busy sticking stickers on the floor. Our landlord better not be on blip! I've tried to remove the stickers by hand but they're stuck! Having once (or twice) watched the series where people's houses get cleaned I seem to remember that mayonnaise helps remove stickers so I will give it a try - sometime soon.

Nice morning, L at a sleepover, had arranged to meet a friend at Botanics so went off early to pick up L from her sleepover. She didn't want to leave and decided to stay on. I didn't press her because that made it easier for me on the bus with only two children to get up and down stairs etc. However, I'd forgotten that my friend would bring her two children and that her oldest would feel left out since I didn't bring her pal - however it was fine since she's of an age where she loves to pick up little ones and S was quite happy to be handled - most of the times. What a great place the botanics are! (I'd forgotten to charge my battery on my camera so only took one blip on my phone but haven't found out how to transfer that to computer or blip) Lots of bliportunities and lots of space for the girls to run around and hide in bamboos, under trees and just happily run about. Very nice too to catch up with my friend.

In afternoon I left the little ones with B so they could watch the World Cup with him whilst I had to go to open up the church for a party, did a bit of retail therapy while the party was on and then ran home to get ready for lovely meal at our friends (and fellow blippers) house. Drank a bit too much and suffered the next morning but by lunchtime I was fine again.
