Vancouver Harbour

I had to come in to Vancouver for a medical appt that was important, not urgent, but still couldn't wait til the holiday was over. So we left our cozy moorage in Sung Cove on Bowen Island @ 8AM (VERY early for this holiday) and made our way to a marina where we could tie up for the night and pick up some parts we needed. Always something as any of you who are "boaters" will know. Nothing serious. ;-)

We haven't been in this harbour for years and it was gorgeous, gliding in at slack water under the First Narrows Bridge. Most of you will know it as the Lion's Gate Bridge. Stanley Park on the right.

All's well. Results later. P and I will head out again in the morning and make our way north for a bit. More soon. ;-)
