Busy doing nothing, working the whole day through. Trying to find lots of things not to do.

It's how my day felt, again. Nothing much achieved. Can't actually remember the last time I climbed into bed thinking..."I achieved so much today!" So many dreams just turn out to be day dreams. Funny that.

I needed to do some lighting tests for a portrait and in particular using a gold reflector. There was no-one either around or willing, so it ended up as a self-portrait....for portraits sake. Whilst I quite like the effect, I don't like the portrait. I can see the frustration reflected in my eyes and the anxiety carving wrinkles into my skin. You don't have to look too hard to see it.
