Bloodsuckers

Eco son was on dog walking duties this morning.

Work was a control of completeness.

Got a phonecall at work with an invite for lunch, glad I took it up. Tea and chat thanks.

Wonderful storms in Edinburgh, sadly it has caused flooding for some people.

Got a great phone call from eco son at work, 'Fancy going for a fish tonight' 'yes' was my reply.

Ran home.

Then headed out to the canal to try and catch pike. The boy had a few takes but has not mastered the touch yet. It will come, maybe another try tomorrow.

The towpath was crawling with leachs, when I was young we used to collect them in jars and scare the girls with them.
