Heartbroken

Four of the seven birds killed by the bloody fox early this morning.

A terrible, terrible sight to see them still flapping about in their huge run. One of the baby Maran chicks was also killed.

Our beautiful boy 'Eyebrows' took the majority of the injuries. He really fought that fox on behalf of his girls.

Sadly Alan had to shoot these four to end their pain.

What a day for it to happen....it would have been my dad's birthday today.
