First steps in manual
Today's task was some long exposure water shots using shutter priority. I walked the dog along with my niece and nephew up Catacol Glen to the Flat Rocks, one of my all time favourite places. There had been some heavy rain a few days ago, so the burn was higher than I had thought it might be. Fairly bright though cloudy conditions, so an ND4 filter was required and a polariser. Had some fun with Abi who was trying to stand still in some of the shots too, but with varied degrees of success, hence the decision to blip this shot rather than one with her pulling a face in the corner or paddling. Ross liked the science of what the camera was doing to get this kind of shot, very like him! The dog just stayed out of it, though a tail appeared at the edge of a few shots!
