a non-blip

Today was one of those days.

Monday of course. Had to take L to office and she was looking forward to using the internet. Guess what? It didn't work. Wouldn't work. Not even once. Not at all. Zilch, nil, nada, nix, nothing!

Kept blinking red at me. First I thought it was the internet provider but then discovered that one of the phones had been off the hook for more than four days and maybe that did something to the router. may well be that my continuous on and off turning of the router had something more to do with it. May well be that the router is on its way to the big router in the sky...who knows may also well be that my colleague will look at it and then make it work miraculously...

This blip deliberately is not of the offending red light on the router (I had blipped it but thought it wasn't worth putting on blip) but of a wall that had nice shadow and light on it on the way back from nursery.

Also missed going outside today, too caught up in shifting boxes in basement and sorting through things without internet.

Just shows you once again how dependent we have become.
