Dilemma

Faced with a dilemma of two extremes, I have decided to use this lovely bug as opposed to the red post box which is what I set out to take a picture of today.

Maybe I've made the wrong choice...maybe I should leave the bugs until my macro filters arrive and I can achieve something along the lines of Blipaholic Deb. But I do at least love the colour of the purple thistles, which is what swayed me to use this pic. Can't go wrong with purple!
