School Sports Day

Last week it was the Borough Sports Day and this week it was the actual School's Sports Day... infants this morning and juniors this afternoon. So another whole day spent watching lots of competing children.

James was very excited about the whole prospect. He's not nearly as competitive as Amy, so that wasn't what excited him. I think it was the idea of spending the morning running around outside with his friends!

This shot was taken as he had just thrown his first javelin (his is the blue one). It came 2nd - the yellow one on the far right, which was thrown by his best friend, pipped him to the post!
