(Sorry it's such a rotten blip today. At the weekend I managed to put my back out while putting my socks on! Instead of getting better, if anything it has got worse. So instead of going out taking snaps, I've spent the afternoon flat on my back.
Hoping a small Dalwhinnie might ease the old muscles!)
