Winter fuel stock

I love visiting my Mum and Dad's house as I always find new things that they have done since my previous visit. My Dad has built what he calls a winter fuel stock for their fire during the cold north-east winters.

I love the neatness of all the wood and my Dad admitted that he finds it very therapeutic chopping and storing the wood. I'd love to have a go, but by the looks of it he's got plenty of wood to keep him going for some time (I think I counted three wood stores dotted around).
