Fountain Revisited

Tristan woke here this morning. So all day we've entertained ourselves in a multitude of activities. We've read books, created "finger painting" drawings on Gramma's iPad and emailed them to his mommy, put puzzles together, played in the fountain, and had mac & cheese for dinner.

Just two years ago we captured Tristan playing in the fountain. That was just before his mommy moved him to Oklahoma. Last summer when he was here for a visit I didn't capture him playing in the fountain, probably because he was only here for a short 12 days and 7 of those were at family camp.

So when I saw this one from today and compared it to 2 years ago, I realized just how much he has grown. I think of him as little Tristan, but he's grown considerably in these past 2 years. So the comparison is quite interesting.

He's spending the night with us again tonight. Tomorrow we'll go to church and he'll go to Sunday School, and then we're going to spend a couple days in San Diego at the attractions there. I think we'll have lots of fun.
