Jemmer F1
We decided this was to be the year that we grew some courgettes. All went to plan until the hardening off stage when courgette and pumpkin plants were attacked by something or someone unknown at the bottom of the garden.
Both types of plant look exactly the same when they're young and as the labels and plants lay scattered in the seed tray it was impossible to tell what was what. This one is now clearly the courgette Jemmer. The identity of the other salvaged plant remains a mystery, although it is showing brutish signs of being a pumpkin. It now reaches beyond the soil and is making it's way to the rose bush.
