Does Anyone Have Some Polyfilla?

I've been filling and sanding woodwork today and really would be grateful if I didn't see another hole, dent or crack for a good while.

Whilst experimenting this evening though, I couldn't help but notice the moon could benefit from a coat of filler and a rub down....

... I'm off for a lie down in a darkened room.
