Today's the day ...................... to go out for Sunday lunch

It's a long time since anyone invited us out for Sunday lunch - but Val and Graham made up for it today! We had a lovely time with lots of good food, wine and conversation.

This is Val with her glass of green Chartreuse on the rocks. It brought back memories of going to France with the choir that we sing with. We visited the monastery where the Chartreuse liqueur is still made to a secret recipe. The Centre laid on a special tasting for us - and then we sang some songs to say thank you.

I seem to remember that we sang the best we've ever sung ..............?!
