Had a PHENOMENAL dinner at the Blue Pointe, then started the trek back.

Ohio had racing this weekend (no hotels available there), then we were re-routed from 77 around since there was a would-be jumper ...so they had to close 77 in both directions while they got her down :/
Kept driving, and the hotels toward the bottom of Ohio and into West Virginia were booked because of a Jamboree? I don't know what that means, except we ended up doing a lot more driving last night than had been anticipated. Eventually we got pretty desperate and had a friend calling hotels south of us to find some availability. Ended up making a reservation for a sketch motel where people go to "shack up" according to some. Got off the exit and there were emergency vehicles taking care of an accident which involved two cars tumbled at opposite sides of the road.

Found our sketch motel, got to our slightly less sketch room, set up our life insurance (me sleeping in the door way ;) and fell asleep to the sounds of the drunk man in the parking lot screaming obscenities about his wife and other such personal business to a random man asking him to keep it down.
