Mermaid

L's brother, wife and kids met up with us for a day at the seaside. The rain kept pretty much at bay and we spent another few pounds on two pence drop type games. We know how to live! There was some food exhibition with this typically seaside 'put your head through the hole' type thing. Here is Alana and her cousin looking very realistic as a pirate and mermaid. I'm sure mermaid's hair is meant to cover those parts.

All in all a good weekend and better than expected considering the weather forecast. Back home now and kids are in bed but both still wide awake. I think that nap on the way home is to blame!
