Going Out
On a high.
Crammed a lot into our last full day in the Sunshine State - kid's choice, back to the Universal parks (with a stop off in between at the Hard Rock Café for Dad).
Didn't head in until lunchtime and stayed until the death. Helped avoid the worst of the queues and gave the two adrenaline junkies a chance to do a triple run on 'The Hulk' back-to-back without waiting in any lines.
Pretty well knackered now, two weeks of this has taken its toll and it feels like we could all do with a holiday to recover. It's been an absolute blast though and can see why, once you've been and experienced this, some people come back again and again. Feels like we've only scratched the surface over the fortnight and the likes of M&Ds and the shows down at Burntisland are going to be a poor substitute for the multi-million pound attractions over here.
It'll be good to get back to normality, including normal meals, normal beer, normal roads, normal clothes, normal weather, normal TV and normal kids hiding away with their technology and moaning they're bored.
Who am I kidding?
