Cooperation
I popped down to the wetlands at lunchtime today (in work clothes and shoes - not suitable for wetlands) and chased a white egret around for a while. It wasn't letting me get close enough for a good blip. I chased a wattle bird around some banksias and it wasn't having a bar of being blipped and told me off in no uncertain terms. Same thing for a honeyeater and some herons. What is wrong with these birds. Some female blue wrens decided to be a bit more social but they don't have the colour of the male. This fellow was jumping in and out of the undergrowth being nothing but a tease. Eventually, he stood still long enough for me to get a few shots. Thanks for your cooperation.
