Approaching Storm

These clouds rolled in late this afternoon and are forecast to bring rain for the next few days. I have already heard that it is snowing in the Blue Mountains and it is forecast on mountains near Newcastle (Barrington Tops). This is a view looking south towards Merewether Ocean Baths and one of my favourite spots for long exposure seascapes. The lights on the horizon are those coal ships again.

I hope my Blue Mountain friends have got the alcohol out and fires cranked up. You'll need it!
