Day 7_A Bad Habit

Facebook is my bad habit. Recently when my focus has started to lose control I couldn?t help myself from opening Facebook once my mind got stuck in a task. I used to purposely pry on other people's lives with Facebook before but now I check it every now so often just to listlessly do nothing; just so I can keep my hands from moving, just so I can distract myself even for a bit with the task at hand.

I claim not to be an FB addict, I just found FB to be the easiest way to wander my mind while in front of the computer. Thus, here is my Day 7 - A bad habit.
