WISH I WAS A CAT
Not a brilliant day. Work-wise it was incredibly awful, the load which had supposedly been taken off my shoulders plummeted back with a vengeance. I lost my rag, which at least made somebody jump up and do something about it. Meant to leave on time to collect a prescription, but 20 minutes late and the traffic had built up so I said sod it and came home and did the ironing instead. G had started it which was a Godsend ..... otherwise I might have taken out my day on him!
Am desperately tired as I woke from a nightmare at 3:20am, which involved hurtling train wagons, dark caves and weird or dead animals, the usual trying to get somewhere and not being able to, and lost people; G in this instance, perhaps he had the iron with him.
Will be going to bed shortly and hoping for a more restful night.
Freddie is posing in one of his favourite places in the garden, next to Colin the Crane, inherited from G's Uncle Sandy. Colin used to perch on Uncle Sandy's roof but our neighbours are not so liberal. Freddie was ten on Sunday, and for a feral moggie, rescued from a stone wall in the middle of nowhere, I don't think he's done badly for himself. Not that he'd tell you or us that.
