Dirt

Well, I went to Michael's to get Jess her amazing birthday present this morning and then to the podiatrist. As you can see from this picture, my feet have got some major problems... So that, then home for a while and then hanging out with Doug and Nick. The three of us haven't hung out in so long so it was nice to get the gang back together. Then I went to Bethpage with some people from the XC team and had a pretty shitty run. Literally.

These are my feet after six or so miles...I felt good and could've ran more but I really needed to stop... How does the dirt even get to my toes?
