Red Light

The bar tape is finally falling off Roxanne.

I bought this set in Vancouver. It is her 4th set of tape since the beginning (November 2009). I first started with the stock black, replaced with red 1/2010, replaced with new red because it was worn out 5/2010, and replace again 7/2010, 50-some-odd days into the ride, because it was once again worn out.

I have a hard time ditching anything on the bike that went to Alaska; I still haven't replaced the tires even though they need it, or the brake pads, even though they really need it.

Everything about it is damn near impossible to let go. But it needs it.
