Touchdown

Mr L's 12 yr old granddaughter Sonia arrived from Europe today for a week long visit. Spent much of the morning cleaning the apartment(!) and generally getting things ready. We should have an interesting week ahead of us - I'm not used to being around kids for extended periods of time and I'm certainly not used to thinking of myself as a grandmother figure. Eek!

This is not Sonia's plane (she was asleep by the time I took this) but it symbolizes her arrival nicely.
