Where are the biscuits?

Staying away this evening before my graduation tomorrow, unfortunately I didn't have any time for a proper blip due to the M25. A 4 hour journey turned into a 6 hour journey, and this despite getting on there at a reasonable time.

Anyway when you do stay at hotels they usually provide tea making facilities, but look at this no biscuits! What sort of establishment is this? To be fair it's a very nice place, nice rooms, good food and top notch customer service by one of their staff.

The young lady was Wendy, who was originally from China. She had a very good manner, always smiling, having a laugh and a joke with us and she couldn't do enough for us. As an example the dessert was late because she had forgotten to give it to the chef, she apologised and was going to provide tea and coffee for free. There was no need because up to that point she had made our meal very pleasant, so was forgiven.

Not often you come across great customer service!
