Spinning

Christine had so much fun spinning, she was still going after midnight so this must be my earliest blip ever! Hope nothing exciting happens tomorrow (today). Amazingly she spun both the pink and blue yarn and then plied them together to make a wee skein of 42m homespun merino in just a few hours. It was so special being able to share this skill with someone, especially the person who has always taught me and encouraged me in all my creative pursuits. We had a lovely weekend together and are planning to see more of each other when she moves to Inverness, we can find interesting places halfway and meet for lunch and some crafty fun.
