Cruise Night 2

I made it out to Cruise Night again! My second attempt at shooting the classics and I did much better. Unfortunately, I didnt get there as early as I had planned and had a very limited amount of time to shoot.

My goal was to get there as the cars were arriving so I'd have more space. The mall backdrop is not really ideal so I really put a lot of thought into using angles. It was a clear sky and I wanted to work with the sunset to get some unique looks. I did get some very cool shots.

Tomorrow we have another photography outing planned at the Mandir Temple complex. The weather is mixed storms and sunshine so I hope these images turn out better than the last.

On the plus side, the storms have brought cooler weather. Last week's heatwave was brutal. It was over 100 deg F (38 c) with very high humidity. The heat index was nearly 115 deg F (46 c) which means it felt hotter than it was and going outside was just crazy. Its much more comfortable now. :)
