The Battle of Canoe Lake

Another strange appearance of that strange bright light in the sky reffered to yesterday. So, we went down to Southsea to try and catch the Race for Life. Unfortunately, we had missed it all (good job none of us were taking part), so we settled for a wee picnic down by canoe lake. While we were down there, these guys were showing off a few of their toys. I overheard someone commenting on this fine vessel being a model of HMS Victory, then someone correcting them with reference to the number of decks - people are so fussy these days. I was most impressed by the high standard of workmanship put into this model. Maybe this is something I could introduce Oliver to properly - who knows?! I think even he was impressed.
