Up above the world so high..

Wednesday saw us taking a ride across the Rhine on the Rheinseilbahn to the zoo. Even though it was a bit misty, the view was still pretty good! We also explored more of the city on foot.

As this photo shows, there is a lot of work being done in Cologne - I think they are building / renovating their way out of recession. One of the major projects is a new tram route, which was due to have been completed by now.

The evening meal was in a steak house chain (Argentinean cuisine). What I'd like to know is this: why does this chain describe rare/'blue' steaks as being "cooked English" when it's virtually impossible to get steak that rare in England?
