St. Martini Church, Bremen- Lesum
St. Martini Church was first mentioned in 1235 when it was given to the nuns of Lilienthal. The original church was much older though, but the exact date is unknown. The church became too small for the congregation in the 18th century, so the building was reconstructed by local builder Johann Dierks. They used stones from the old church for this project, and the tower ís still medival.
