feeding the ducks

School Holidays Day one:

We had a lazy morning, getting up slowly, wearing pj's until we should have been on the school run! Then we went to feed the ducks. The mini pinks seemed to really enjoy it, both individually and together, and there were lots of ducks and they were hungry too.
After the ducks, Miss Pink told Master Pink that we had to visit the pigs. I think the piggies may have gone to market, but for the purposes of this mornings adventures they were still having their breakfast! We had a little visit to the bunnies and guinea pigs who were busy playing out in the grass, and then bought some rolls and bits for lunch.

In the afternoon Miss Pink went to Nana and Granpa's house for tea. It was under negotiation with Master Pink however as he wasn't so keen on the idea of MissPink going to their house without him, but we have done a deal that he can go next week! We made the most of the afternoon by doing a little bit of "back to school" shopping (yes I KNOW it's too early) on our own including a visit to the toys at the "new shoe shop". And then we met up with Mr Pink for a pizza out.

So that's day one done.
