First Lesson

Gaby's first driving lesson today. She has been waiting patiently until all the busy things in her life have subsided (exams etc) and now's the time to go for it. She really wanted to learn in a Mini but couldn't find a school near here who used them, then a couple of weeks back I spotted one and now here we are.

Anton passed first time a couple of year's back, so she's hoping she can emulate him - (and me of course). We worked it out that I've been driving for about 36 years, which is probably longer than her instructor has been alive! Some years I seem to drive many more miles than others, but in total it must be somewhere about a million miles so far, which at today's prices equals £45,000 in fuel. Ouch.
