Rose Hips
I took the car in for its MOT first thing this morning. I left it there as I knew the brake pads would probably need changing. I walked home along the Rodden Meadow footpath. These rose hips caught my eye as they were covered in dew and glinting in the morning sun. I also spotted ripening blackberries and horse chesnut leaves that are beginning to go brown ... but I'm ignoring things like that - it's still July, it's still summer.
The brake pads did need changing, and the car passed the MOT :-)
Thanks to everyone who has looked at all my holiday back blips. I'll try to catch up as soon as I can but I'm back at work tomorrow morning.
