A bright spot on a dull day

Back to work today. It was sunny for a while this morning but by the time I finished, it had clouded over and felt rather thundery. I felt the need for a bit of a walk and while I was out, I saw this little patch of brightness. I'm not sure what it is - some kind of asteraceae perhaps?
