Sunset

Away I go, Dunedin to Christchurch. 5 hours. Christchurch to Hokitika. 3 1/2 hours. After all this driving all I managed to get was this sunset. It wasnt to bad was it?

It got me thinking.......

We understand how it works, the earth moving round the sun and rotating giving us night and day but it must have been the strangest of things for people in the past. Was it just one of those things that we accept and forget about and get on with life? I guess so......
